Aspiring star of Rock’n’Ball: “I am eager to become a professional actor”


10-year-old actor Alezey Minko who played the lead character in the new Ukrainian film Rock'n'Ball shared his impressions about the filming process straight after getting a prestigious award at Molodist film festival.  Alexey passed a rigorous selection process and was chosen from 500 boys. Alexey is not blinded by stardom and stays a regular schoolboy from Zaporrozhie. Albeit  now he may  consider a professional career in film (when Molodist chief Andrey Khalpakchi expressed hope that Alesha would get an Oscar sometime, the boy modestly said that  he would not mind). In the meantime, Rock’n’Ball is due to take part  in a long list of international festivals. Read the interview in full here:
